The one that matters. The clinical and pharmacy tools on this site are demonstrations of software. They are not medical advice, not a medical device, and must never be used to make a decision about a real patient. See below.

The demos are demonstrations

Several pages on this site show healthcare software: dosing tools, a pharmacokinetic simulator, clinical operations dashboards, and similar. They exist to show what I build.

They are not medical advice and do not create any clinical relationship.
They are not cleared or approved as a medical device by any regulator.
Their numbers are illustrative. They may be simplified, incomplete, or wrong.
Never use them for a real patient. Clinical decisions belong to a qualified clinician using validated tools and their own judgement.

If you are a patient with a question about your own care, speak to your doctor or pharmacist.

The Orthodox study material

The Catechism, Patristics and Liturgy companions present the work of Fr. Tadros Y. Malaty, reproduced as written and attributed to him. Those texts belong to their author and publishers, not to me. They are offered here for study and personal use.

Anything the software adds around them, the search, the reading plan, the cross references, is mine and is described below. Where a page marks something as evidenced by a source, the intent is that the source really says it; if you find somewhere it does not, please tell me.

Scripture quotations are from public domain translations except where a page says otherwise.

What you may do with the content

Read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. Do not republish whole works, present them as your own, or use this site's contents to train a model for commercial resale.

The site's own code, design and writing are mine and stay mine unless a page says otherwise.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, or work around the limits on any part of this site.
Do not use the contact form or the email signup to send bulk, automated, or unsolicited messages, or to sign up an address that is not yours.
Do not attempt to reach the private family area.

Automated request limits apply to the public endpoints. They are there to keep the site affordable to run, not to obstruct anyone reading in good faith.

The email list

The daily email is free and opt in. It uses double opt in, so nothing is sent until you confirm. Every message has a working one click unsubscribe. Unsubscribing is immediate and permanent unless you sign up again.

Availability

This is a personal site. It may change, break, or go away, without notice. Nothing here is a service you are paying for, and no uptime is promised.

No warranty

Everything here is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of this site or anything on it. To the fullest extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim relating to this site is limited to one hundred United States dollars.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the site means accepting the current version.
